What is Claas?
CLaaS (Core Lab as a Service) is AIML's cloud-native diagnostic infrastructure that combines MaxYield signal enhancement with interpretation/reporting through either our proprietary MaxYield Clinical Diagnostic Support (CDS) or CardioYield Platform.

It enables low-cost, high-quality diagnostics for ECG & PPG across regulated verticals and unregulated verticals such as performance athletics, research and wellness use cases.

Core Labs are modular deployments, each tailored to specific populations or partners.

CLaaS: Core Lab as a Service

CLaaS (Core Lab as a Service) is AIML Innovations' next-generation cloud-native infrastructure that transforms how diagnostic and biometric insights are delivered. Powered by proprietary AI signal enhancement and interpretation tools - MaxYield, MaxYield CDS, and CardioYield - CLaaS provides device-agnostic, scalable, and clinically meaningful diagnostics with minimal infrastructure.

It enables fast, low-cost cardiac data interpretation using mobile or wearable sensors, making high-quality diagnostics accessible in settings ranging from elite athletic programs to underserved rural communities.

Why CLaaS is Different

Traditional Labs
Requires local specialists
High-cost equipment
Centralized infrastructure
Slow turnaround
CLaaS Approach
Cloud-based AI interpretation
Intelligence over hardware
Edge-to-cloud distributed deployment
<48-hour report generation

CLaaS is not a product, but a delivery infrastructure.
Individual Core Labs are purpose-built on top of the CLaaS platform to address specific use cases.

Core Technologies Within 1CLaaS

MY
MaxYield
AI signal enhancement engine that denoises and reconstructs clean ECG signals from low-quality or noisy inputs. Available as a standalone tool for researchers and device developers.
CDS
MaxYield CDS (Clinical Decision Support)
Layered on top of MaxYield, CDS adds waveform classification, abnormality detection, and flagging for interpretation. While named for its analytical utility, MaxYield CDS is not a regulated medical device and is intended for use in wellness, research, academic, and performance applications. It is not intended for clinical diagnosis or regulated healthcare workflows.
CY
CardioYield
AI-powered labeling, interpretation, and reporting engine. Designed for use in regulated environments to produce structured ECG and Holter reports from raw or enhanced data. Supports clinical triage, longitudinal monitoring, and integration into EMRs or health system workflows. Reserved for medical and regulated verticals.
What’s Included (Standard CLaaS Stack)
MaxYield signal enhancement engine (core IP)
Data ingestion and cloud-based processing infrastructure
Device-agnostic integration layer (API-based and manual upload)
Report generation tools for ECG and Holter workflows
Implementation support including onboarding and training
Technical support and maintenance for the hosted platform
- Secure data storage and encryption protecting data
Optional Add-Ons
MaxYield CDS (non-regulated decision support module)
CardioYield (regulated ECG/Holter interpretation and reporting)
Signal Integration Layer via BodyOS (EEG and PPG ingestion)
Compatible Devices
CLaaS is designed to work across a wide array of consumer and clinical devices. Compatibility is maintained via open API infrastructure and signal normalization.

Compatible Devices

CLaaS is designed to work across a wide array of consumer and clinical devices. Compatibility is maintained via open API infrastructure and signal normalization.

Examples of supported device types include:

ECG patches

CLaaS Deployment Options

CLaaS supports a variety of deployment approaches to accommodate different healthcare infrastructure settings:

1. Greenfield Deployment
(Start from Scratch)
Full implementation in settings without existing cardiac infrastructure
AIML provides core IP, compatible devices, and partner onboarding
Overlay Deployment
(Enhancing Existing Cardiac Clinics)
CLaaS layers on top of ongoing cardiac diagnostic programs
Compatible with existing devices and EMRs
Hybrid Clinical Network Model
AIML supplies AI infrastructure and device kits
Partner sites provide a distributed network of ECG Technicians, Cardiologists, and Electrophysiologists

Governance & Ownership

AIML owns and maintains the MaxYield and CardioYield IP.
Partner sites own device procurement, clinical workflows, and staffing (unless hybrid model).
Data storage and analysis occurs via AIML’s secure cloud stack, aligned with regional compliance policies.

Support, Training & Enablement

Full onboarding provided by AIML implementation team
Standard training packages for CHWs, clinicians, and researchers
Technical and account support available via help@aiml.health
Partner success reviews scheduled quarterly

Data & Privacy Considerations

All signal data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Hosted in secure, compliance-ready cloud infrastructure
Aligned with PIPEDA (Canada), HIPAA (USA), and GDPR (Europe) depending on geography
Partners may request regional data sovereignty as part of deployment agreement
